Conference Call

On Thursday, October 6th, 2005 at 7:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time, a Conference Call for our shareholders will provide information about the market makers, and provide an opportunity to hear from the stock promotion consultants at Mirador in connection to any forthcoming sale of stock shareholders may consider as a result of the Company's completion of the "going public" process. We will also discuss our sponser to the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) that will deliver the application on the Company's behalf to the NASD for their review prior to issuing the Company a trading symbol. This NASD application process has commenced and upon completion, and the application's approval, the Company will be provided a trading symbol and trading can commence.

Peter Vaisler, the CEO and President of the Company, will also provide shareholders with a review of the Company's objectives and strategies. In addition to the provision of timely information to our shareholders, they will have the opportunity to provide questions in advance of the conference call that will be addressed by Mr. Vaisler and the consulting team heading up the stock promtion and sales efforts.

Canadian shareholders will also be advised as to the Company's efforts to assist our shareholders with the sale of Canadian shares into the US market.

Be advised that the only way to participate in the call is to register on the website to obtain the Conference Call number and the access code you will need.
