Conference Call April 24, 2008

As a result of a telecommunications glitch several shareholders have advised the Company that they were not able to participate in the Tuesday, April 22 Conference Call. The call started late as a result of the glitch and there were 22 participants. To give those interested shareholders and others that did not make the call, or could not get on the call, an opportunity to participate, another call has been scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 4:30 EDT to accommodate their interests.
